Discovery Research Group provides primary market research through telephone interviewing and web administered surveys. Discovery was established and incorporated in May of 1987 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Costa Rica - April 20, 2007 - In an effort to meet the increased demand for Hispanic interviewing, Discovery Research Group is pleased to announce our newest call center located in San Jose, Costa Rica. This bilingual call center is staffed by a group of well-educated, fully trained, native Spanish speaking personnel. This additional facility increases our capability to confidently address the Spanish language needs of our clients.
