The implementation and fulfillment model used by Discovery Research Group is an account team model.
Our client.s report that this model works very well in establishing a Account teams consist of an Account Executive who also serves and the Account Team Lead, Project Directors who manage the day-to-day project tasks and serves as the daily single point of contactThis model ensures that the assigned account team has a continuous vested interest in your projects.
The plan of work within the team is to develop a dynamic and productive relationship with our client.s by understanding the client.s expectations for those they work with inside the Discovery Research Organization, specific details of every project, the client.s desired reciprocal communication patternunderstand their needs, and establish a working relationship together.
Account Executives
Our Account Executives will oversee each of the studies. They will create individualized bids, track the quality of each project, and assign the projects to their team. They are also in charge of their account team, the Project Directors and the Script Programmers.
Project Directors and Script Programmers
The Project Directors will be in charge of each of the studies. They will be the main contact for the client. It is also up to them to coordinate all aspects of the project- programming, field activities, reporting, etc. Script Programmers will ensure that the data is clean and delivered in the appropriate format.
