Old Client Test

Our system allows clients to test questionnaires that we program through a standard web browser before we field each survey. In order to use this functionality you will need the following information from your Project Director:

• Client Test Password
• Study ID
• Access Code

Testing your survey

• When the MindTerm window apears you will need to press enter to access the server: www.drgutah.com
• It will then prompt for a login, the username will already be filled out, press enter to login.
• It will then prompt for the password, you can get this password from your Account Representative.
• Once logged in you will be prompted for your Study and Access code.
• Closing this window or browsing to a new page will close the MindTerm window as well.

A terminal windows should open shorty, if it does not open make sure you have Java installed on your machine.
