Design and Analytics
Design
At Discovery Research Group we believe in matching the right methodology approach with the population you wish to learn about. We have staff trained in a wide array of data methods that include such approaches as in-depth interviews (IDI), ethnography, intercepts, mail surveys, focus groups, and phone interviewing. We understand that not every approach for collecting data is the same, so in consultation with you we apply the method of data collection that is best suited for your objectives and needs. Once the methodology is selected we will again work with you in crafting the questionnaire. We offer some standard questions, but our staff can customize the questionnaire to the group and subject you are interested in learning about.
Analytics
The ability to make informed decisions is based on how you use the data. We offer various types of analysis to help you get the most out of your data. From the design phase we work with you in setting up the data collection to best suit your needs. If you need a historical comparison of residents or determining the segments or subgroups of the population that your organization could serve more efficiently for greater profit we can help you.
Data Presentation:
A well-designed project with strong analytical work will mean little to your efforts if it isn.t communicable or actionable. In order for DRG to achieve its company goal of enabling clients to make informed and accurate decisions we present the findings in both a detailed report and PowerPoint presentation. The detailed report we provide you includes the methodology, summary, conclusions/recommendations and detailed analysis of the survey. a PowerPoint presentation of the findings from the report will be presented to you and other interest parties of your choosing. Following the presentation, copies of the report and PowerPoint slides will be available to your organization for further dissemination. Together, in partnership with you, we provide a foundation for such areas as improvement of budget decisions, product placement, and organizational goals.
