ONLINE REAL-TIME DATA REPORTING

Discovery Research Group offers real-time reporting for both its telephone and online survey research. This allows our clients to effectively manage their projects from any time zone or any place in the world that they may be. These reports are not "client-ready" graphs or charts, but the tools needed to ensure that your data collection process is going exactly as planned. No additional charge to our clients is attached to this service.

REAL-TIME REPORTING TOOLS

Though Discovery Research Group has very rigorous quality control measures, we want to ensure that all data is being collected exactly as you intend it to be. We also feel that you should have direct access to the results of your data collection process. To accommodate, we offer the following tools on any project that we conduct: Survey testing prior to the project launch Diagnostic reports providing incidence, length of interview, cooperation rates, sample completed to resolved ratios (hit rate) and sample disposition tallies

- Screen shots of quota screens for reporting of total quotas and sub-quotas
- Screen shots of sample screens for checking "status" of available sample and sample set-up
- Diagnostic report providing incidence, length, and call dispositions.
- Access to open end and other: specify responses
- Data response frequencies

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Discovery Research will provide a user name and unique password for all projects. These passwords will only be accessible during the fielding of the project and will not give access to other project information. Further, Discovery hosts all of its telephone and online surveys in-house. This allows complete control and security with regard to the data collection and storage process. Data is collected using Linux Servers, each equipped with independent battery back-up power supply. Data is backed up nightly and is also stored in a secure off-site location. Through various levels of diagnostic and auto-alert functionality, Discovery's team of infrastructure specialists continually monitors the heart-beat of the system and optimizes technical performance. Full HIPPA & GLB security measures are in place and are constantly updated.
